Located in the hipster part of town, in the South East corner, Teal Salon lives up to its title of “Coolest Salon in Portland”. The look is contemporary chic with a clean, slightly understated quality. Mainly neutral tones offer a feeling of tranquility while woodsy brown tones and textures add an organic vibe.
